Scope
This policy is part of every service agreement with Global Solutions L.A. S.A.C. and its subsidiary No ID. It applies to clients and to anyone who uses our services through them.
What isn't allowed
You may not use our services to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- store or distribute malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- access, scan or test systems without their owner's permission;
- run denial-of-service attacks, or traffic meant to overload any network or system;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, including through sign-in emails or one-time codes;
- imitate another organisation's sign-in pages, or collect credentials by deceit (phishing);
- mine cryptocurrency or run other workloads that consume resources beyond the service's purpose;
- get around usage limits, security controls or tenant isolation;
- process personal data without a legal basis, or contrary to the people's rights.
Security testing
You may test the security of your own tenant within the limits of our security policy. Testing other tenants or our shared infrastructure needs our written permission.
What we do about violations
Depending on the severity, we may warn you, remove content, suspend the affected service or end the agreement. When there's a risk to other clients, our systems or third parties, we may act first and tell you right after. Where the law requires it, we report to the authorities.
Reporting abuse
Write to abuse@globalso.dev with the address, dates and any evidence you have. We acknowledge reports within two business days.
