Scope

These terms apply to the website at globalso.dev and its subdomains that link to them, operated by Global Solutions L.A. S.A.C. ("Global Solutions Labs", "we", "us"), RUC 20610545654, based in Lima, Peru.

Our products, PlatformD and No ID, are provided under separate service agreements. Where one of those agreements conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Using the website

You may browse the website and use its content for information. You agree not to:

  • access it in a way that disrupts it or places an unreasonable load on it;
  • try to gain access to systems or data you aren't authorised to reach, except under our security policy;
  • copy the website or present it as your own;
  • use it to break any applicable law.

Information on the website

We describe our products and plans as accurately as we can, but the website is informational. It isn't an offer and doesn't create obligations. Product features, availability and plans may change.

Intellectual property

The website's content, names and logos belong to Global Solutions L.A. S.A.C. or are used with permission. Open-source code is governed by the licence in each repository.

Warranty and liability

The website is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, which applies from the moment it's published.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Lima, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to another forum.
